Leading Footballers endorse Le Jardin de Fleur

Placed on 14-02-2007

We are pleased to announce that Le Jardin de Fleur has attracted the support of international sporting personalities. Rio Ferdinand, John Terry and Gary Neville from the England Football Team are among the investors who have reserved properties in Le Jardin de Fleur, Morocco.

The combination of its state-of-the-art sporting facilities, Mediterranean beach location and five star standards make Le Jardin de Fleur the ideal choice for an overseas property investment.

The resort offers the opportunity to own some of the finest holiday apartments, townhouses and villas with access to 6 km of unspoilt sandy beaches, three championship golf courses, an 840 berth marina and a world of shopping and leisure activities. Le Jardin de Fleur properties feature individual architecture with modern Moroccan details, landscaped gardens, exclusive clubhouse facilities and luxury swimming pools as well as 24 hour security and reception services.

Morocco is increasingly regarded as one of the top tourism destinations for the coming years – a vision which is promoted by the ambitious plans of the Moroccan Government to attract 10 million tourists to its coastal resorts by 2010.

John Terry commented in the London Evening Standard newspaper that part of the attraction of Le Jardin de Fleur is the short flight time. “The chance to be part of a new development and a new tourist industry is too good to miss, both for personal use and for investment,” he says.*

Rio Ferdinand and Gary Neville of Manchester United and John Terry of Chelsea are endorsing Le Jardin de Fleur through a company called Neo which specialises in providing ‘By Invitation Only’ developments to the Sports and Entertainment industry. Le Jardin de Fleur will offer a total of eleven resort developments and two of these projects (VVT-7 and VVT-9) are currently being marketed to international sports and entertainment personalities through Neo.

More details on Le Jardin de Fleur resorts can be found in the ‘projects’ section of this website.
