Mediterrania Saïdia is likely to see some big changes in the coming months following a new company set up for the master planner.
In early December 2007 it was announced that the construction company, Addoha, had acquired 50% of Fadesa Maroc, who had accepted the role as master planner in 2003. Since then they have been responsible for the development of the whole resort, including marina, medina and golf courses.
The reputable company, Addoha, is currently reviewing the project with new gusto and an emphasis on quality. Addoha's president, Anas Sefrioui, has also stated a personal commitment to bring a world class resort to market in line with His Majesty King Mohammed VI's Plan Azur and the "Vision 2010".
