Le Jardin de Fleur is delighted to announce that it has won three of this year’s CNBC Arabian Property Awards for the categories of Best Architecture, Best Development and Best Golf Development for its flagship project located in Mediterrania-Saïdia, Morocco. The awards will be presented at a glittering gala dinner to be held at The Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai on 19th October.
“We are delighted to be recognized for the second year as among the finest development projects in the Arab world. We created Le Jardin de Fleur resorts with the vision to set high standards for a five star tourism experience, and to provide a destination that will make the people of Morocco proud,” said Sean Cusack, Managing Director of Le Jardin de Fleur resorts.
Le Jardin de Fleur resorts form part of the first and the largest of the six Plan Azur coastal destinations within the Moroccan Government’s Vision 2010 Tourism Strategy. Recently the developer announced a management partnership with Radisson Hotels and Resorts and is due to announce further hotel operators over the coming months.
Entries were judged by a panel of professionals whose collective knowledge of the property industry is unsurpassed by any other property awards. Having been given this high recommendation by its peers, Le Jardin de Fleur is now entitled to display the CNBC Arabian Property Awards’ logo with pride. This symbol of excellence will be recognised by UK and international investors who are becoming increasingly well informed and discerning about the properties they seek to buy.
