The Kenzi Group has signed a management contract with the developer Property Logic for the “Kenzi Premium” project in Le Jardin de Fleur Saïdia.
Le Jardin de Fleur, the flagship brand of Property Logic has united large hotel names including Radisson, Best Western Premier and Golden Tulip.
Already dubbed the “exotic Côte d’Azur”, it forms part of the Plan Azur, a project backed by his Majesty the King Mohammed VI, and destined to launch a strong touristic expansion in the next few years.
“Kenzi Group has decided to be present in this project and will open a luxury hotel with unique character,” comments Abdellatif Kabbaj, Managing Director of the Kenzi hotels Group. “The fact that Property Logic - a European developer has chosen a 100% Moroccan management company for its flagship project in Morocco is a vote of confidence for the Moroccan tourism sector,” he adds.

The resort comprises 59 luxury villas with private pools on plots ranging from 800 to 1000 m2, providing a total of 470 beds. The Kenzi Premium Saïdia will offer its guests a privileged level of comfort on the oriental coast of Morocco, providing an exceptional site spread over 8 hectares, where luxury and leisure will combine with wellness services.
